Freight Carrier

Built on trust. Driven by precision.

Long-haul truckload and linehaul freight across Canada, on our own tractors and dry-van trailers, dispatched from our Ottawa office.

Services

Truckload freight, run on our own equipment

Our trucks run under our own operating authority and insurance, with the rate confirmed before the truck leaves.

Truckload dry van

Full dry-van loads moved long-haul between provinces, door to door, on a single dispatch.

Parcel and e-commerce linehaul

Scheduled, time-definite runs between sort centres and distribution facilities, built around delivery windows.

Drop-trailer programs

Three trailers for every tractor, so a trailer can stand at your dock to load while our tractors keep running.

Power-only

Our tractors and drivers on your 53-foot trailers, for linehaul moves where you supply the equipment.

Multi-stop runs

Planned tours with several pickups or deliveries on one trip, sequenced against each appointment.

Surge capacity

When volume runs past our fleet, we place it with other Canadian carriers on our own rate confirmations rather than turn it away.

Why Oxford Carriers

Every load, on schedule and accounted for

Network freight is tendered load by load and scored on performance. We run enough equipment to accept a tender when it comes in, and a daily routine that keeps every unit safe and every load on schedule.

  • Inspected every day

Pre-trip inspection before every departure, a trip report each duty day, and defects closed out on a repair order before the unit runs again.

  • Hours logged electronically

Hours of service are recorded on electronic logging devices and reviewed against federal limits, with exceptions logged for each driver.

  • A monitored fleet

Telematics data and fault codes are reviewed alongside inspection reports, so repairs are booked before a defect takes a truck off the road.

  • Clear paperwork

The rate is fixed before dispatch. Proof of delivery comes back within 48 hours, and the invoice follows.

Coverage

Dispatched from Ottawa. Running coast to coast.

Our equipment typically works in four to six provinces at a time, on established lanes out of Ontario.

  • Toronto to Surrey and Burnaby, British Columbia
  • Ontario to Alberta
  • Whitby and Brampton to Winnipeg and Thunder Bay
  • Ontario to Montreal, Ottawa and Halifax

About

Heritage in service, on a modern road

Oxford Carriers is a federally incorporated long-haul carrier based in Ottawa, Ontario. Mustafa Nadeem founded the company in 2024 and runs it as owner and operator, with dispatch, rates and customer contact handled from the Ottawa office.

Earlier, he worked inside a large fulfilment network, where he learned the appointment and delivery-window discipline that network freight depends on. That discipline is how the company runs today: a fixed daily routine, an owned and inspected fleet, and freight that is planned before it moves.

The skyline in our logo stands for the things that last. The road through it stands for where the work goes.
